About Larchmast Roofing

Who we are

Larchmast Roofing is a licensed roofing contractor serving Denver and communities across Denver Metro. We are a small team of roofers, project leads and office staff who answer our own phones and take responsibility for every roof that goes on under our name.

How we work

We think a roofer's job starts with listening. When you call, we ask what you are seeing, where the water shows up and when it started. At the house, we look before we recommend anything, take photos of what we find and explain it without jargon. If a repair will hold, we say so. If a new roof is the better choice, we show you why.

Every job comes with a written price before work begins. We do not pay our estimators on commission, so there is no reason for anyone to talk you into a new roof you do not need. When an insurance claim is involved, we document the damage honestly and leave the claim decisions to you and your insurer.

• Showing up when we say we will, and calling if weather or an earlier job pushes us back.
• Treating your home with respect, from tarps over the plants to a magnet sweep for nails when we leave.
• Safety on every roof, with fall protection and crews trained to use it.
• Standing behind our work. If something we did does not hold up, we come back.

Serving the community

Our crews live and work in the same metro area as our customers. We know which neighborhoods were hit hardest by recent storms, which HOAs ask for color approvals and which older streets have roofs with layers of shingles underneath. That local knowledge helps us quote more accurately and plan the work around your neighborhood.
