Open role: Roofing Project Lead

We are looking for a project lead to run residential roofing jobs across Denver Metro. You will lead a small crew on replacements and repairs, keep the job site safe and clean and talk directly with homeowners about the work.

What you will do

• Lead tear-offs and installs on asphalt, Class 4 impact-resistant and some metal roofs.
• Handle repairs, leak tracing, flashing and storm damage work, and take clear photos for each job.
• Set up fall protection on every roof and make sure the crew uses it.
• Meet inspectors, walk homeowners through finished work and keep job paperwork complete.

What we are looking for

• Several years of residential roofing experience, including at least some time leading a crew.
• OSHA fall-protection training, or a willingness to complete it before your first job with us.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Good habits with customers: patient, clear and honest about what a roof needs.
• Willingness to take a fair share of storm and emergency calls.
