  Hector Villanueva

  Owner and estimator

  Hector runs the company and still does most of the roof replacement estimates himself. He is the person to ask when a roof has three layers, odd additions and a history nobody can explain.

  Kara Lindqvist

  Roofing project lead

  Kara leads our replacement crews. She sets up fall protection before anyone starts tearing off, checks the decking board by board and walks you through the finished roof on photos.

  Mateo Brennan

  Roofer

  Mateo handles many of our repairs and emergency tarping calls. He traces leaks from the attic first, so the fix goes where the water actually gets in.

  Shauna Pike

  Office manager

  Shauna is usually the voice you hear when you call. She schedules the crews, lines up permits, inspections and HOA paperwork, and makes sure your estimate says exactly what was agreed.
